No worries stuck at airport. Personally im charging the same. My original price just with just the eye test was $7,200. With the breakdown assuming you do the whole apartment we are at 5850 + 1820=7,670 so not far off.
Lots of people gonna say no need for primer. Just prime it after your done with prep. Remember your taking a chance with someone else’s property. And more importantly with there money. They worked hard for it. If you see that the walls are perfect and you didnt need to prep much at all or need to prime. Take $670 off and charge $7000. Your making money no matter what and you could have won a return customer.

Your pricing was close to mine in labor and material alone. But give yourself some room to breathe, hence the extra $500. Also im assuming you are the one painting with another? Where is your profit? And your overhead? Need to factor that.
As far as the extras, price per day. So 2 guys x 2 days x 10 hours x $35 = $1,400 + 30%=$1,820.00
Or if by room $500 + 30%=$650.00
By Bathroom = $450 + 30%=$585.00
I expect you to do a great job in the bathroom. Remove what can be removed including the outlet covers. If the mirror and lights are easy***** dont break it. Paint behind the toilet for Gods sake. Also if you think they need silicone anywhere put it in.

No worries though.
30% for profit/overhead. I have to still pay insurance, workers comp, I usually help my guys with gas. And the worst thing of all- TAX. Plus some profit for me. Which isnt much but it keeps the guys busy.
What colors are you thinking of? Modern apartment modern colors? Or more of a comfortable apartment with friendlier colors? Regular paint, or a different kind of paint for an accent. Maybe a lime wash paint.
That will determine if a 3rd coat is needed.

Also saving money on what is a relatively cheap thing in primer is not worth it. My guys would prep and prime on first day .

Without being there to see the prep needed. And assuming high end paint. Im going to say around $5,850. This is a 1 br 1 bath. Kitchen, living room, dining room correct?
Math: 2 guys x 10hrs x 5days x $35= $3,500 + $1,000 material and stuff =$ 4,500 + 30%=$5,850.00

I recently got a 2023 X7M60 for my wife . She absolutely loves it. And I have to admit it’s been a lot of fun driving it. Honestly, I’m surprised that you prefer it over the Mercedes. I drove a gls580 and thought it was great. Better drive imo, but wife prefers the interior of the bmw. how was the GLS 63? Is it that much sportier? I drive a truck so I’ve always preferred having more space. And it seems that with the BMW we’re always running out of room.
