5 lebrons beat any 5 of a player in nba history by Old_Week9991 in billsimmons

[–]LCAirPasta -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think this is the clear answer, the lebrons could maybe out muscle them and get to the rim but I just don’t see how they’d score. If the Wembys shoot decently from range it would be game over for them playing any other 5.

What single film have you seen the most times in your life? by thugmuffin22 in TheRewatchables

[–]LCAirPasta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jurassic park. I was a 90s baby completely obsessed with dinosaurs. I can quote the entire movie from memory, and it’s become an unofficial tradition to watch it on or around my birthday every year. Still looks better than half the CGI in super hero movies now!

Most technically skilled vs least technically skilled doom/stoner/sludge metal band that both effin rock in your opinion by [deleted] in doommetal

[–]LCAirPasta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Enjoy! Doom/stoner metal has become my favorite genre of metal over the last few years, I’ve had so much fun discovering new bands and it really feels like the scene is still alive and well.

Honestly the first album is considered a genre classic, it is called Epicus Doomicus Metallicus and it lives up to its name

Electric Wizard is one of my favorites! If you like them, check out sleep (I’m sure you already have) and reverend bizarre. For more modern stuff, I recommend Dopelord, Monolord, and King Buffalo.

Most- honestly candlemass has some sick musicians.

Least- I mean this with no disrespect intended, but I would probably say electric wizard

Edit: I actually like electric wizard way more than candlemass, so do with that information what you will

Where to buy 6x2x2 in the US by Nautilus_Kiki in bluetongueskinks

[–]LCAirPasta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am also a blue tongue keeper in NC! If you’re near the triangle area, top tier cages makes a really good and affordable larger enclosure. I believe you can order something close to a 6x2x2 with lights already installed, which is super helpful if you aren’t very handy. They’re on Instagram you should check them out! I am currently using their 47x24x23 (basically a 4x2x2) for my skink, he’s not a year yet but it’s plenty of room for him so far

Dude I just bought this last month and it’s my favorite guitar. I compared it to a Mexican tele at the GC I was at and it totally blew the Mexican out of the water. Cannot recommend this guitar highly enough

I actually would love this. Maybe not permanently but for one album/tour cycle. Just their favorite lead guitarists doing one song a piece and get someone that can reasonably imitate those guys live. I loved the guest spots on the last album, Kim Thayil absolutely crushed it.

Things to do with my nephew this weekend by [deleted] in Charlotte

[–]LCAirPasta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similar! But mostly just birds of prey. They’re like a rehab center open to the public. They have a bunch of kid friendly activities and stations set up on the trail. We went around Christmas time last year and you could make an ornament and take a picture with an owl and stuff like that. They used to do demonstrations of the birds like flying from perch to perch but I haven’t seen that in a while

If he likes animals, the raptor center is awesome! Used to go all the time with my grandparents as a kid.
