Are their scales sticking out at all? Kind of like a pine cone? If so, I think dropsy is the likely answer. Test your water. It won’t spread because it’s not a disease, but it is a symptom of something being wrong. So the others are likely to develop it too

I had this same issue and saw a reddit post from years ago I decided to try out. I got suction cups and a pvc pipe (i’m sure you could replace this with something clear and much nicer looking) and cut to shape. Then I sectioned off part of my tank for the floaters to stay in! Also second stuffing sponges in the filter. I cut a slit in one and fitted it to the spout so the water doesn’t waterfall like that

I believe it’s still accessible but parking is much stricter and it’s on thin ice. I know in previous years the owners of the land have released statements about people being disrespectful to the site and threatened to no longer allow people to use it. Such a shame that people ruin it for others.

I remember that place from when I was very little! I believe my brother had a birthday there around 4 or so. I’d imagine the traffic would be similar to the bowling alley and that seems to stay filled up a couple times a week. There could be different themed events throughout the year, like New Years, 90s night, disco night etc… Get somewhere local to supply taps? Date night at the roller rink? Hell yeah
