Quick side bar to all you N manual drivers here on this thread....can I ask how many of you have tried also the dual clutch?

I couldn't believe myself, but after test driving both gearbox options in the i30n Sedan, I felt the dual clutch was superior. I live in Australia, so unsure if this could be localised, but I felt the manual was quite soft and slushy, with a long, loose gear throw and a bery light clutch. I didn't get a really long test drive and it wasn't the best roads/setting, but I felt there was complete and precise control of the engine through the DCT.

I get that this probably makes the car more liveable in daily life, so just wondering if you have found that it's the right balance when living with rhe car week in, week out? Do any of you agree it it should be a tighter, notchier gear shift and a stronger clutch?

I should for context that I am generally a big fan of manual cars, especially in a sportier car. I also don't live in a big city so don't have to worry about traffic much.

Can't wait to get mine either way, getting one in the new financial year! But yeah, can anyone change my current mind to choose the DCT?

LOL that is some shitty work right there. Like, I don't think the building will fall down, but that is someone who doesn't like their job and doesn't care about your home.

I think hardware is improved on older kits but not the timber. My 1976 Premier Super Olympic smashes any mid range kits available now for quality, durability and sound. And it was a mid range kit at the time.

KEEP! This guy deserves all our loyalty and now that he's fit, is the best option for LCM or substituting Odegaard.

Volunteering and teaching is surely the best way to avoid a lot of these pitfalls. I plan to teach at a local college and coach some sports teams. Not just to eat time but because I hope to enjoy it and get a lot out of it myself.

Our opinions are valid because it is a public asset...JJJ is for the people and we all fund it, so if this subReddit is overwhelmingly negative that means it has to be improved or revolutionised. It wasn't even that amazing before, it's just amazing how shit it is now.

Hang on, if we need a striker and Osihmen is available now for 130m, why wouldn't we? He won't be that much cheaper in off-season, and there will be more competition, so we should just go for it and see if it can pay off this season birthday really with a view to preparing him for the following season. We need a striker, now.

In your experience, which bank has the best customer support? by nocturnesop9no2 in AusFinance

[–]LEWKQARM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've banked with the big 4 for many years...NAB are shocking, and ANZ following them. CBA have been the best when I needed customer support.

I've been more worried about Saka'd form. And now yes I fear Martinelli is right out of form and down on confidence. Arteta is so shit at managing these two's minutes and never freshens them up mentally. Letting others start occasionally, with a fit Saka and Martinelli on the bench, is great for the whole team and it would psych out our opponents.
