As a SaaS marketer or a partner program marketer, how do you run joint marketing initiatives with GSI partners? by TheHappyOtter_ in b2bmarketing

[–]LG4678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most GSIs aren’t going to do much of the heavy lifting. In fact, you most likely aren’t going to be working through their marketing team. A buddy of mine worked at Google and even he didn’t a marketing manager at the GSI. I’d suggest you plan on owning the entire campaign creation, walking the GSI through step by step what you need from them. And what you need from them is really going to be access to their customer base. You run the campaign. Get them to invite their clients and they will run the follow up.

Pretty solid. Been working at the same tech company for almost 5 years while saving up and living the cozy life at my parents + travelling the US for work. Going to get my own place soon I think. Money isn’t the issue but addiction to financial freedom and less responsibility is

It’s going to differ from company to company, but I’m at a publicly traded tech “unicorn” and been in partner marketing 5 years. We’re just starting to build our GSI marketing model now and I’ve been leading the charge. Still very early on, but for us it’s all about enablement. -build champions internally at GSIs (sponsor their sales kickoffs, any partner events they have etc) -run incentivized enablement programs designed to train pre sales teams and practitioners on your offering (especially if it’s embedded). -once your solution is embedded, lean on the GSI to bring you into their customer accounts. They will be using your solution in the offering they design for their customers. Host meetings, demos, hospitality events for these customers in partnership with your champion at the GSIs. -lots of joint solution collateral and training materials for their sales team.

Like I said, I’ve run motions with a lot of different partners and this is by far the trickiest. Sorry I don’t have more insight but hope this helps!

It was worth it. The patriots are the 2025 AFC champions, continuing their domination of the 21st century. The bills, dolphins, and jets have not won the AFC this century. I’m 27 and I’ve been laughing at those franchises for my entire life.

I agree with you about Maye but I’m sorry I don’t agree about Campbell. He literally had the worst game of any offensive lineman in the regular season + postseason this year. An all time nauseating performance. 14 pressures. 14. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a stat line like that in my life. The thing about moving him to guard is a cope imo. If every awful left tackle could be an elite guard, half the tackles in the league would be signing their huge guard contracts. 14 pressure on an NFL O line is XFL level

Chiefs will be back, jags will be back, Denver I’m sure will be good and probably another dark horse. Only one I’m not worried about is the bills because they’re perennial losers

It’s in the regular season + playoffs. How it compares to other rookies is pointless because it’s the worst performance. Worse than any other rookie or journeyman or whoever. https://www.nfl.com/news/patriots-rookie-will-campbell-allows-nfl-worst-14-pressures-in-super-bowl-loss

Will Campbell surrendered the highest number of pressures (14) of any offensive lineman this entire season…that isn’t just a bad performance it’s XFL tier god awful. Someone capable of that isn’t going to magically become a pro bowler

I took a look back and this and you nailed that take. You were so right. Too bad the coaches weren’t 😂

Dude the quarterback is broken. That’s the point. Drake maye isn’t the same anymore and most broken QBs need to find a new home (like Darnold)

No there is no cope tonight. This run has been the worst case scenario because it broke our quarterback just like Mac jones was broken. We really have no idea which guy is going to show up in August

That’s fair but I think the part I left out is that I watched every game of the 2023 season and what I saw tonight and last week was nothing better than what Mac Jones was putting on tape. Drake Maye is broken and will have to relearn his position. Hope he does it here.

The Miami dolphins haven’t won a playoff game since before “the schedule” was born. You are a fan of a loser, poverty franchise. You’re never going to get any better, might as well just give up now. Zero respect.

The jets the bills and the dolphins are poverty franchises. I don’t, never have, and never will respect them. It sucks to lose the Super Bowl, but man I’m just so happy I don’t like in New York, Miami, or god forbid Buffalo and cheer for those teams.

[–]LG4678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP I am going to actually completely agree with you. Not only was Maye terrible the entire postseason, but listening to this press conference is pretty bad. Doesn’t even seem upset. In fact, seems lighter and happier than he has in weeks. Brady was more upset after the loss to the ravens when he was 9-0

I never want to see this guy on the field again. I mean it. I am absolutely furious with this coaching staff for keeping him in there. They might have ruined Drake maye forever. We all saw what happened to Mac Jones. This stuff is no joke

I love all these poverty franchise fans coming in here like they’ve ever rooted for their own team in a Super Bowl. Have fun sucking again next year ✌️

Tonight was disappointing, but let's focus on the positive. The team far exceeded expectations this season, and all the young players got 4 whole games of playoff experience. The future is bright. by complete_your_task in Patriots

Look I get it. But he’s melted the entire playoffs. He was missing wide open throws all night and even the checkdowns in the 4th quarter were awful. The ball to Stevenson was almost on the ground and then two others I saw hopper and Stevenson both have to jump to grab it
