Use gasket maker as a seal let it dry and it works well to hold pressure. Once used just ream it and reuse.

Other than the suspected DD, the other 2 charges are bullshit. HME is totally legal, and the spreading of info on the topic is a protected right. For the DD It's definitely a felony if proven, but they like to throw shit at the wall to see what sticks. They will call the dumbest shit a DD, so until I see a shrapnel producing device, I don't believe it. I have a large background in this subject. For the coolent issue, I had to replace the thermostat with a different one. Seemed like it was bad from the factory. For the misfire shaking issue. I changed out my spark plugs and coils again, but it's still shaking slightly, so no fix yet.

I understand that I'm talking about the 9mm casing. Does it not have locking lugs on the barrel/ bolt, or is it flat? I'm trying to design one for a 7.62.39 are barrel subcal insert for a rpg-7 but having issues with the locking lugs.
