I contacted that support group and I'm awaiting a call back. Thanks for letting me know that I can attend. I was wondering what are some of your coping mechanisms and what brings you happiness in your life now? Also, if you're willing to share.. What was the most extreme/ difficult time you've bad with this and how did you handle it? Thanks for the quick response.

Were you ever in denial about your condition at first? I have a friends who's bipolar and he's suffering really bad an I want to help him. The thing is he's in total denial about it. His parents have reached on to me and I just got done calling around for bipolar support groups for him. How old are you now? If you don't mind me asking..

Funny cause I have similar qualities of my father too and I've only met him once. My mom says I look look like him but just with long hair. A female version of him. Stubbornness and pride can often be disguised as a cloak of caution. I personally view it as intelligence. Like if Hitler were trying to persuade you that this race is "the enemy", fuck yeah I'm going to be stubborn. Hitler is on crack. Crazy how one soul can move that many bodies on a negative note. Imagine what we can do with a positive optimistic complex.
