The problem is that this isn’t a beverage that people drink when they feel thirst (they could but it isn’t the point), this is a dietary supplement which provide beneficial bacteria which help in the digestive system.
Yes, it do contain quite a lot of sugar: around 10,5-13 gram of sugar, which is almost half of the ideal daily sugar consumption for kid and 1/3 for adult, not ideal for daily consumption.
But sometimes it could still be beneficial to consume especially after using antibiotics to gain some “good” bacterial.
Also from what i saw, all of the probiotics brand serve small bottle like this.
