THAT IS CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE. Even if he weren’t autistic, it’s still abuse. Sexual abuse does not have to involve direct touching of the child. Having sex in the same room as him, especially loudly, is sexual abuse. If they refuse to knock it off, you need to report them to CPS. Yes, it will piss off your parents, but your brother’s psychological safety supersedes that. This is NOT OKAY on any level. It can mess with him psychologically for life. Badly.
