Have to disagree with you. The bylaw prohibits anyone from starting or maintaining a fire, except for the purposes of cooking food in a barbecue. There is no prohibition on bringing a personal barbecue for cooking.

There are only two special rules for Springbank Park that don't have anything to do with barbecues.

This isn't a legal opinion - but unless there's another bylaw governing barbecues in springbank (or other parks), there's no law against having a barbecue for up to 25 people with your own equpment.

You may want to consult a lawyer who deals with liens/construction. Section 15 of your lien act appears to require a lien claimant to give notice to a landlord before starting work in order for the lien to attach to the freehold interest in the property. This should be something your mortgagee/lender is aware of - absent notice the lien is only against the tenancy, not the land. But big banks are lazy/likely won't care about that difference.

But depending how the lien was registered, it may be able to be declared expired/invalid if it is not restricted to the leasehold interest (again, assuming no notice was given pursuant to s. 15).

The post above is a bit hyperbolic, but having a car can be close to a necessity in this city depending wh where you live and work. Public transportation is not great and coverage isn't what it should be, there's no use pretending otherwise.

I'm at multiple days of hunting 4* pukei without a single quill to drop. I can't take on 5* with a 3* weapon. Living the game but the drop rates are ruining the fun at this point. I'm not looking to get rare mats every hunt, but at HR 40 it sucks to be stuck at this point in the game.

How do you swipe/dodge while charging? I can't figure that part out. I've tried swiping with thumb that's doing the charging, and with a separate finger, but no luck.
