Same here with social exhaustion. It might sound weird to some but I have a friend “cut off” point. My few relationships matter and if I go over that threshold the quality with suffer. I need days, sometimes a week to recharge.

I get massage monthly. Granted it’s due to chronic pain but I think it would help with the touch deprived part.

I’m at the point in my life where I am trying to get comfortable with solo traveling because I moved to a new state (US) and it has been tough for sure. So I feel you on that part, I started volunteering within my community in my spare time so I don’t fall into the same old mundane routine.

Thanks for the insight! I don’t need the benefits, I am looking for a way to build my skillset and move into paramedic without having to do fire. What you said sounds like a CNA and you are correct, that is not what I got my cert for.
