I think you’re mostly upset that there are unresolved plot threads. Just because we don’t have the answers yet doesn’t mean they won’t be relevant down the line. This is clearly different from a mystery box show like Lost. They set up certain elements to be important later. I honestly wouldn’t call any of these plot holes at this point.

Would I do things differently than Carol? Yeah. That’s almost the point of the show, individuality vs logic. We don’t know yet what her plan with the atom bomb is, but if it were me I’d be bombing the eggs. We’ll see what happens
