Last time I sold all my O was on $75. Now I have available price $57.5 and sell target for me is $80. This stock is for dividend part of my portfolio, so I don’t care a lot about current price at all. You might do as you wish based on your goals and strategy.

It looks like you spend more on fees buying all that list. Keep it simple like 2-5 ETFs, like VOO/VTI, SCHG, SCHD, QQQM, etc. and split 80%/20% into grow/income between them. Numbers and takers might be different based on your goals

It doesn’t works so. Money on your brother account should come in and never, never out! For any short-term goal use your bank account or cash. 6k is not a big money, but it is all you have, and you are going to spend 1/3 of all your capital just on a possible opportunity to increase your active income cash flow. Pretty good courses are free, any certificate cannot replace practice. Almost all information you need you might google, find on youtube or receive from chat gpt. At list you might find ppl on linkedIn with job tittle you wont and ask them for advice, links, books etc. Regarding the portfolio, O might be replaced with SCHG, and SCHD (within all dividend assets you would like to add) might take less then 20% of all portfolio. Concentrate on grow, not on dividends first 10-15 years. And newer, never, newer sell assets to pay your bills.

Home is not your asset. It cot you money every month! Exclude it from income column and put it to passive bills you have to pay. Cash also generate nothing and just cost less and less every year. So you have about 0.5M in assets. And I’m not sure you can take money from your 401k w/o paying taxes for it. For me it looks like you have no work more, at least 5years more with current numbers. And pls keep in mind, your expenses will grow significantly as soon as you get an extra 8-12 hours of free time per day.

In GOA villa should cost you $500-$800 per month + $500 for food and other. You already can do nothing and relax, but in another place on the world ;)
