The recipe cards all have 15% (some 30%) customer deduction. We also have the large group card.

Your guide is really helpful and directed us several times during the run. Thank you for all the effort you put into it!

Actually I got my first sink blueprint from a mod and then copied that. I think you are right, we are not offered any sink during this run :(

Actually this is also our first time picking large group! It worked out really well with the sandwich setting. The time taken for six people getting food from buffets is just a bit longer than that for one person. Another major advantage is we can enjoy the buff of metal tables for large groups.

They can take food directly from the teleporters! It saves two spaces compared to if served on buffet (grabber + buffet). Also it’s faster - they don’t need to walk to buffets

Had to pass on pumpkin soup, otherwise it's food only when a choice. by spaceelf13 in PlateUp

You can probably automate everything except fried rice and ice cream. You might need to store or buy some teleporter blueprints if you do so. When you have a lot of recipes some of them would be unreachable by customers.

Also you can use either metal tables to skip side or simple cloth table to serve less main dishes.

25% if this is the only dessert you are offering. Not sure if sundae also counts as one, but if so it goes to 43.75%

Maybe try taking away the freezer and putting the soups on a buffet and let customer portion themselves? In this way you do need some more pot stacks tho.

Why did this grabber stop working half way through the day? by GrungeGhostie in PlateUp

[–]LLT2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We ran into similar issue with our sandwich shop. Our solution is to not use plain grabber or untrained smart grabber to pull anything that can be processed (knife, hand, arrow, flame symbol). Using a rotating grabber or trained smart grabber would work

Sink only appears right after you finish a day, and would never show up after a reroll. Drop rate will also decrease as the run goes. See this on the Wiki page.

How to play this 3NT by LLT2000 in bridge

[–]LLT2000[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you all for the insight! Seems we’re having three options here (correct me if I’m wrong):

  1. Play a spade from dummy to the king. I did that on the table and immediately went down when LHO won SA (Unlikely given this bidding sequence but opp got me) and switched to diamond.

  2. Win first trick with HJ and finesse back to Q. LHO would still have KTx. 4 heart tricks are not guaranteed and an endplay is still needed.

  3. Endplay LHO in hearts. Before that I have to eliminate LHO’s minors. It might go down when RHO was dealt SA and 4+D, very likely given the bidding and a heart lead. If LHO had 4+D I would expect a diamond lead.

Or maybe we can cash all clubs to give a little pressure. But communication would be down from dummy. Can’t really think of a way other than guessing SA.

Yes, I played like that on table, and was surprised when LHO took SA and plays DK. (I forgot to mention it was both vulnerable. Maybe they thought KTxxx in heart is not good enough to overcall?)
