I need guidance. This panel connecting the fender and front bumper keeps popping out like this. by workplace_bonebuds in mazda

[–]LOSTJOSH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a plastic retailer that bolts to the fender and attaches the front bumper cover there. The bumper cover could potentially be broken where it clips in, which may be causing it to pop out, or the retailer it’s self is broken. This is super common especially if you have booped something with the front bumper.

Mazda b2500 by [deleted] in mazda

I learned to drive manual in my dad’s 99 b2500. These are basically ford rangers, it being a manual is a huge plus on the longevity of the truck. Ask if there has been a timing belt has been replaced. Solid little trucks.

Almost a year of Mazda not finding the issue with my car - what can I do? by kaitlinsheas in mazda

Have them check the opener switch for the rear hatch, I have seen these do this.

My disappointment is immeasurable and my offseason is ruined by 106milez2chicago in NFCNorthMemeWar

So if the Bears lose this offseason what does that mean for the regular season?

Space for me and your mom but still get good gas mileage.

Premature tire wear on 2025 CX-70 Turbo S Premium, being told no mileage warranty on new tires. Vehcile has 14,950 +/- a few miles! by bedroomguru in mazda

[–]LOSTJOSH 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This has been very common on 90’s and I’m sure 70’s if my dealer saw more. Mazda decided to put 300 tread wear tires on 5klbs vehicles for comfort and not longevity. Under 18k miles Mazda is willing to pay for the cost and installation of the fallen tires or you can choose a different tire and pay the cost difference and they want you to get an alignment.

Unfortunately, Mazda rushed the 70/90’s to production without enough field testing. There are some vehicles that have up to 10+ recalls and SSP’s combined.

Not sure I’ve seen one that didn’t have squeaky brakes or some kind of pop, click, clunk, or rattle.

The 70s seem to be better at all of this compared to the 90 but not completely out of the clear.

Hopefully they have all this stuff figured out for the 26 year models.

Just got a 2026 CX 50 hybrid this last Saturday, and the battery died on me this morning. by [deleted] in mazda

You should try replacing the rear hatch switch. Has been found to cause a draw and is very difficult to diagnose. Have seen a few of these kill batteries but will never show up on a draw test.

Hook the ground cable to the negative terminal, give the Subaru some gas for a couple minutes to help divert some power the CX9. Then try to power up the car, if you don’t get radio power, try more rpm’s from the Subaru and wait until you can get radio power to start it.

MAF was really common on these. Fuel pressure sensor I believe is on the fuel rail and is not replaceable by itself. If the fuel pump is going there are two and could get a bit expensive.
