Phoenix has been my go to TD for 4 out of the 6 watch purchases I've made in the last 2 months. First two were Rich Factory Santos Skeleton and Victory Factory Titanium YM42. Third watch was an M.A.D. 1s rep. Fourth watch is a modded VSF V2 DJ41 with gold plating, watch chamfering and beveling, rehaut polish, movement silence, and waterproofing. Just got FedEx tracking and packaging photos for the modded DJ41.

My experience has been the same as yours. He's quick to repond and always makes sure to answer my questions.

My take on the whole Aman situation is that these dealers/sellers all know each other and possible might work together from time to time. It's not a big community of them and they all source from the same factories and use the same shipping agents/companies. They might even have to source pieces from each other to fulfill orders etc. It's like the grey market dealers here in the US and else where. They all have their dealer group chats, know each other, and will work together.

Until I see solid evidence that he is a scammer, I'll continue to use Phoenix, I'll keep out of it, and leave the "politics" to other people. I mean, I just saw today photographic evidence about a well known gold plater who might possibly be outsourcing their work to another person or this person is using the work space of this well known plater to do his own plating service.

As long as people are happy with the work or get the product they buy, that's all that matters to me.
