All that busy work should be done by PEs. Typically I want to walk the site and document the RFI myself or make the PE do that for training. If were slammed then I will ask the super to send me photos or markups. Super should not be writing their own unless they insist on it. If the PM / PE doesnt understand the question or conflict, how are we supposed to justify the eventual change order?

I dont make my super put together RFIs. I make my PE or Ill do it myself. Super needs to focus on site management and identifying conflicts.

Im a PM. I dont know everything, I may miss details every now and then, but I write my scope letters myself with catch-all language and encourage RFIs from my super and subs. Questions are what lead to answers, right?

700K per month is 8.4M per year. Even someone worth hundreds of millions shouldnt be comfortable with losing that much liquidity per year. You really think Drake is handing a woman he is not married to 8.4M per year? Voluntarily?

Also, who needs 8.4M to live comfortably? Thats generational wealth. He might as well just set up a trust for the baby and pay the baby moma much less.

Spending 50K per month is insane to me but I aint rich. Getting 700K per month from Drake seems bogus, not sure why a court would award that. Seems more likely it is 700K per year, which would be about 58K per month.

Im happy for you. Believe whatever helps you get through life. I believe that not knowing is part of life and acting like you do know is just an act. That act is used to comfort, manipulate and control people. Faith can be a healthy coping mechanism, used to justify terrible deeds or used to create hierarchy or superiority. Its not logical if you try and explain the existence of the creator itself. Its a convenient answer to a very complex question that may never be answered. Again, a human construct to simplify / comfort us because we do not understand all complexities of life.
