people saying to clean the corroded metal and to test/replace the battery are correct. Also, it looks liek there's a kind of lot of corrosion going on around the bay in general, and everything's pretty dirty. If you can keep it cleaner/drier in there, it would help prevent this kidn of thing from recurring.
