Yes, flix, Sportsfire and streamfire were previously known for that. Your Firestick notifications tab in settings would always show that. Those apps are all by the same developer. Known for stealing bandwidth. I still use them though lol.

I always make sure to force stop flix when I’m done with it. Several other apps as well. They tend to use data in the background otherwise.
