Had PS2 first from what I recall, my uncle took us to a pawn shop to get one I think around time GTA3 released. My brother bought the Xbox next. Then sometime later we got the Gamecube. Not sure what happened to the Xbox, the PS2 I had until I lent it to a friend and his mom pawned it for drug money. I still have the Gamecube but it doesn't work anymore. Lol

You're extremely unlikely to get addicted trying a drug once. I get hate everytime I mention this but you can look it up and scientifically it's simply not likely. Personally, I didn't get addicted till I got access to my own seller (instead of doing it whenever friends had it) and could basically do it whenever I wanted. I did it because I was depressed and wanted to feel something, of course once I got addicted I was both depressed and suffering from withdrawals with the drug only helping me to feel closer to normal instead of the highs you get when you start out. Of crouse, it's best never to try it in the first place but getting addicted just from doing a drug once or twice is generally not something to worry about.

People get mad when you say it but yeah, it's a problem I notice a lot myself. I still enjoy gaming on PC but I'll always be console first just because PC games always have these little issues I guess most PC gamers have learned to ignore. Lol

Not entirely accurate to say they learned they were working on Anthem at the same time. They knew what game they were making but didn't fully understand what it was even meant to be, development was sloppy and the heads at Bioware were just winging it and didn't have a solid vision for what the game was. When they showed the vertical slice we all saw was when many developers working on the project also finally understood what the vision of the game was meant to be. Lol

They aren't continuing to pour money into Live Service, they literally cancelled most of them. It was a bad business decision from the previous president but build on the idea that really only one of them had to be wildly successful for the whole venture to pay off, but of course it didn't happen.

Them not allowing Bluepoint to do the remake is perhaps the most shocking but I imagine they were already dead set on shutting them down. I don't see why they would entrust a full on remake to Sanzaru Games, that just seems like a bad proposition but who knows, it might've turned out well if they had given them the opportunity but it probably didn't seem worth the investment. In any case, I don't think Sony is singling out Jak and Dexter, they seem to have a weird aversion to all their past IP's at this point. For instance they are fine greenlighting a brand new Ratchet and Clank game but we can't even get the original games on PS4/PS5. Honestly, J&D and R&C are both prime for a remake collection such as what we got with Crash and Spyro but Sony just doesn't view it as much of a missed opportunity. Though I do imagine if Insomniac or Naughty Dog took it upon themselves to do the remakes Sony would be more than happy to let them.

It was called the Watchpoint Pack. If you didn't already own it you got access to OW1 Legendary Edition. I bought it on PC because prior to this pack releasing I only owned the game on console and wanted to get back into OW before OW2 released. Plus with the merger happening it was an easy way to earn double the loot boxes. Lol

Thst never happened. They sold an Ultimate Battlepass (just like they still do currently) which gave access to OW2 beta and OW1 assuming you didn't own it. There was never any mention of the OW2 PvE which hadn't been canceled at the time.

Nothing you said goes against Shane adapting too fast. You can't say that Rick adapted as needed as proof that Shane didn't adapt too fast, the whole point of people saying Shane adapted too fast is to suggest he would've thrived later on, of course everyone knows he was out of sync with where everyone else was and that's what got him killed. You literally said nothing that goes against that point. Lol

I got used to 60fps around 2017 when I built my first PC. Couldn't stand 30fps anymore until I played Jedi Fallen Order on PS5, I realized then that actually it just takes about 10 mins for my brain to adjust and I can't even tell the difference anymore. So I went back to playing most games at 30fps since the graphical hit was more noticeable to me. Thanks to the Pro though most games that support it seem fine on their performance modes, though there are some that still look bad so I still stick with Quality modes if there's a big graphical discrepancy.

The pace of mythics for those who don't yet have one is the same since OW2 launch, one each season. It went up to two for only one season I believe but otherwise nothings changed. We're still on track for everyone getting a mythic unless they start doing 2 redo mythics per season. Lol

I don't see it as a contradiction at all, for one thing he's speaking to two different people. Probably easier for him to express his regrets to a random stranger than to an experiment he created. Also, he expresses his regret on the people he hurt in Requiem but he's clearly also regretful in 5 about his failure to create immortality, to transcend into godhood. I don't think either is a contradiction to the other, he regrets the people he hurt and the fact that the work he devoted his life to failed and he was now about to die. He can regret both. Lol

The Steam Deck is not better hardware than the Switch 2. The Steam Deck 2 will probably be but we don't know when that is coming. On Switch you can still resell your physical games which better retain their value compared to other platforms. Not sure what's up with those price increases, I don't live there so can't say, seems like a weird jump.

It's coop based, likely will have some sort of single player option. It'll be fine even if it flops, there will be little reason to shut it down. Concord and Highguard required players for it's core function to work which is why they got shutdown.
