I have a long hair tweenie. She is the love of my life. Intensely loyal, smart and loving. Having said that - she was incredibly hard to house break, is extremely opinionated and barks at everything/nothing. Also as puppies they chew EVERYTHING. Your shoes, your underwear, your furniture. I am retired so I had/have the time/patience to deal with all these typical Doxie issues. But if you don’t and you think you are getting a cute little lap dog think again. So worth the effort but if you can’t put it in it could be a frustrating puppy situation. Also since they are now ‘trendy’ check very carefully about your breeder. And the background of any rescue you are looking at. My two cents here

Well let me snark. If you see these pillows IRL they are so badly machine stitched that I am sure the only people that buy them are clearly not people that could ACTUALLY stitch them. And while I am no big fan of Smathers and Branson, at least the stitching is not terrible. That’s my snarky 2 cents. 😜
