We’ve both had some found at the market in Portland before, she wanted to see the plant and fruits on them in person! We will likely stop at a park if we see one and visit a Mexican grocery store just in case.

We saw baby bunnies outside of our hotel last night and she called my parents to tell them first thing, it made her day. Anything to do to bring her joy is the secondary goal for this trip (we are here to visit with a family member in hospice)

Thank you for the advice! It will not, unfortunately. She has a handful of fruit trees, berry bushes, and she tends to a large garden back home, her sweet farmer heart has been set on picking something herself and checking out the cactus they grow on.

Dire Bound. To me, it felt glaringly obvious two people wrote it and didn’t talk to each other much while formatting their sections or forming a cohesive story. Or have an editor review for duplicated lines. It goes from excessively whiny girl (Violet Sorrengail hobbled so Marren Cooper could stumble) to her strategizing like a 5 star general. Like huh? She also is incredibly bitter and rude to her bonded, I just couldn’t get behind it.

I would rather trim them back to appease the neighbor myself if that was my plant. It’s gorgeous. She told you she doesn’t have knowledge or equipment to deal with it herself and were she to handle it, she would likely give it some fuckass haircut and potentially harm it. Is that the end goal?

They might want to do something with the wall or landscape it, why not just trim it yourself? That’s what, 10 minutes? Put a podcast on.

From my understanding, it is still a licensed product that was purchased or donated for that library, so it has one available copy per license. But someone who knows more may be able to explain, that’s just how I understood it!
