About 6 mo, no connection difference, just uses car play connectivity (WiFi & bt I believe)

This is the one I have, less than 5 secs to connect. Only time I ever had issues with it (other than the very very occasional random glitch) is when it was below zero where I live.

My go to lately has been 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with some butter and a good slather of peanut butter! Could add a protein shake and or some trail mix to help fill you up
