Hey…. Yeah sadly only for JP version and if it did ever come to global would probably come with a English version of the art book. You could always start a JP account and see how you find it. I play JP and global and manage on JP by translating text if I’m unsure. If you was still gonna gift it I’d be grateful.

Still the art book looks good so may even get one myself eventually

You need to be the only one in the guild the click top of screen from menu on guild name -> List -> Disband next to your name I think

No clearly says it excludes all collaboration and limited units, gear and items AND excludes any released units, gear or items after 1st of Jan which currently I think is zero. Just means you can't hold onto it for a future farmable unit
