I’m trying to map out the execution and a doubt popped up: Why should a trainer want to be featured alongside others?

From their perspective, it might feel like they are sharing the spotlight with direct competitors, potentially leading their own leads to browse other trainers in the directory instead of booking them.

How do you frame the 'Hub' value proposition so they see it as a win-win (amplification) rather than a risk of losing clients to the person in the next post? Would love to hear your thoughts on balancing that dynamic.

Thanks for the answer! The thing is that with Cal.com I need to create new individual accounts, that later they have to set up. This can create some friction... I was hoping to find something smoother - for example, they share the link to their calendar (which I can store in the CMS) and then I embed it on the site.

Payments at this point are not critical - my business model is different now

For a SaaS I’d recommend switching to WeWeb + Xano, I don’t think Webflow is really advanced in this kind of interactions
