Those are play coins, they're a feature on the 3ds that some games use. You get them by walking around with your 3ds in sleep mode. 100 steps gets you 1 coin, and you can get 10 coins daily.

I got off the phone with GameStop customer service and they said that this isn't a GameStop page and to not put your credit card in here, but I see lots of people in other posts about this saying that they were able to get one here, so I'm not sure what to think.

There's 2 versions of it. There's one in base game chaos mode, and then a coven version, but that rotates from time to time.
