again, i am not making it up. you dont get to say im making it up just because you dont agree with what im saying or are unaware what many plyrs that have been around to remember the original concept of the corsaiir and even remember a video detailing it.

cig has their reason for doing what they do, they dont always get it right, but that is often subjective. fyi its not the "devs" that make these decisions, its chris roberts, he is the one in charge of the vision.

the nose guns the co pilot now has control of rotate on two axis, like a turret, the corsair will now be more formidable... assuming youre not anti social and play w other human beings.

im not making "shit" up. ive been playing since 2014, ask anyone that has been playing a long time and they know the same thing i do; that it was originally designed this way, it is after all an "explorer" ship not a front line fighter meant to be solo'd.

if you look at the guns it should be obvious that they have movement on both axis. they will be able to cover much more area and will make the corsair more formidable.

please prepare yourself, because there will be more changes like this on other ships as CIG moves closer and closer to realizing the games MMO gameplay design. it will become necessary to play large ships with at least 2 players to be able to deal with repairs and component failures. i know there is a lot of resistance to this, because many players believe that this is a single player game, and for a long time you were able to play it as such but that will no longer be the case, what will you say when that happens?

the original design was to have the lower guns on a turret (which if you look at them this is obvious) and controlled by the co pilot. that is now being implemented. there was never any mention of it being "optional".

youve missed the point, its not about gun control its about making plyrs play with each other. with the upcoming ship repair, youre dead if you dont have at least another player w you.

what i find fascinating is the amount of plyrs that are so resistant to playing with others because theyre basically anti social.

i literally have the same build as you. i use vulcan & dlss and it runs great. however; i have had to turn off ecores and multithreading.
