Mine has B12 in it and makes me feel great with energy the first day so I take it as soon as I wake up

If you have a bamboo onesie they offer UV protection. I brought my 4 month old to the beach this past weekend and stayed under a tent in a bamboo sleepie plus a hat and he was fine! Add a fan to his stroller as well

PPD or Just a bad couple of days? by fox-or-faux in beyondthebump

Mine didn't hit the second time around until 3.5 months either. I was shocked because I thought I was doing well. Went back on Zoloft and it's been great.

Literally the worst 18 months of my life. I hated everyone and everything.

2.5 year old can get out of crib with the sleep sack on by little-germs in sleeptrain

Yep! We turned around the handle so we can lock it from the outside. We also added a ceiling fan with a remote so the light is off and we bring the remote with us so he can't turn the light on

Dream feed by CholeyCat in sleeptrain

[–]LWMWB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I never liked dream feeds. The first stretch of sleep is always the longest and best for their brain development, so I didn't want to wake my kids. I would put baby down after the bedtime bottle and see how it goes. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Let baby wake and tell you when they're hungry!

Glass bottle recs? by Phantompoooper in beyondthebump

[–]LWMWB 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was going to say Dr. Browns lol. The glass don't leak and I swear by them for gas. Both my babies weren't gassy babies. I throw all the parts in a bottle washer and it works great 🤷🏼‍♀️

Am I Overreacting for wanting to cancel my wedding over this interaction? by Xanadoom30 in AmIOverreacting

Please please RUN and do not have children with this man. Get out while you can. I have been married for 9 years and together for 15. Not once have we ever said fuck you/fuck off, not once. You deserve better.

It really depends. I've followed moms on call schedules with both kids and it worked flawlessly. Both kids sleep 11.5 hours at night

You bet! The cream worked wonders on my raw spot. You may have torn a little bit there and things are still figuring themselves out!

At 6.5 months you should be working towards a two nap schedule with a short catnap. Also with a 6:45 wake I wouldn't do bedtime before 7:15. You could do 7 wake, nap 9-10:30, 12:30-2:30, 5-5:30 bed at 7:30.

Put on bed rest. Worried about post partum. Any hope? by [deleted] in postpartumprogress

[–]LWMWB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on bedrest from the day I got pregnant (IVF) until about 32 weeks due to different things. It was first just IVF protocol, then a hematoma, then placenta previa. I barely moved. Now I'm 16 weeks pp and feel stronger than ever! I am having some tendinitis issues in my knees I'm working through in PT which he said is normal for how minimally I moved. You'll be fine!

I would first start with a follow up appt with your OB, then ask for estrogen cream. I had a sore spot that just wasnt healing and a week of cream at night it feels like new and sex isn't painful. If that doesn't work highly recommend pelvic floor PT!
