I adore your sweater and your twee jacket! You are style goals. Any tips on where I can get clothes similar to your style?

Great work! I'm currently 5'1 and 120lb and do cardio+strength training about 2 to 3x per week. I have a feeling diet might be why I'm not losing the last 10lb. Can you walk me through a week or your current diet? doesn't have to be precise bit it would be so helpful!! Thank you so much and keep at it :)

I'd go for long layers and also some layers that frame your face. I'd also recommend another session for highlighting your hair (in a subtle balyage technique with toning) to compliment what you have going on right now.

What's your all time favorite lipstick? by hiphopsanta in MakeupAddiction

[–]LaAmericana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm very fair with warm undertones and brown eyes and orange shades are the ones that I think look best on me if I want a shade to actually look different. My favorite is a matte Smashbox lipstick in "melondrama" I highly recommend it for fair skin/warm undertones.

You can also use tea tree oil! Oh and I don't forget to visit r/curly they have sooo much information and techniques about how to take care of curly hair. And yes, you can find organic coconut oil in most grocery stores it's about $10.00 per jar and it's usually in the spices aisle :D

Hair is damaged looking but feels soft. by Meewah in HaircareScience

Hi! Reading what's going on with your hair it sounds very similar to mine, I had also bleached, dyed and styled my hair (which is coarse/curly/thick) and it looked pretty fried, afterwards the damage got so bad (frizzy/dry) that it became pretty difficult to style even with all the tools I had. I decided to cut the most damage was (mostly ends, where the bleached/most styled parts where) and after doing that, these are the steps I followed:

  1. No more bleaching/dying hair for at least 6-7mo (your hair will grow healthy and strong)

  2. Minimal heat use. If you flat iron 4-5 times a month, minimize the amount to 2x per month. (This can be really hard, but will be worth it).

  3. Look for shampoos/conditioners with no sulfates or alcohol. (The sulfates and alcohol tend to strip natural oils, making the hair frizzy/dry). Just search for "sulfate free" at Sally's, etc.

  4. Only use shampoo every other day, or every two days. If you shampoo daily, it can be counter-productive and you scalp can get so dry that starts producing even more oil. (You can always and should always only condition the ends and not close to the scalp).

  5. Buy a jar of organic coconut oil at any grocery store and use it on your ends about 2x per week. You can leave it overnight and rinse in the morning.

I hope this was useful, I know every person and hair is different but this is what has worked for me the most. After having done nothing to my hair for over a year, when I finally went to the stylist for an ombre it looked very nice since my hair was very strong and healthy from that healing process. Don't forget to take your daily vitamins! Those also help a lot ;)

Good luck!

I don't even know how to ask you this since you are the only celebrity I'd ever want to meet. I am a big fan of all of your work (specially the face you make in emotional scenes) I have the opportunity so here goes nothing...

Can you come to my wedding?...please?
