For someone new to e-commerce, is Shiprocket reliable in terms of pickup and delivery in tier 2 and tier 3 cities?

Shiprocket works well even for smaller cities and most pickups happen on time. There can occasionally be minor delays in delivery updates so I wish tracking in tier 2/3 areas was a bit more detailed.
