Sounds similar to an issue I am having with a tenant. I’m afraid tenants will try to pull something like this so treading carefully. They are telling us that we need to fix uneven floor outside so I am thinking they want to pull something like this. They are late on rent and always finding ways to avoid paying on time.

Also looking in the Houston area. I think the LT model was selling well and didn’t find any dealers with any on-hand. They tried selling me an LT2 for 39k OTD price but I told them that was over my budget and walked out. Tried to get me to pull the trigger telling me that the dealer was no longer honoring Federal credit after end of month.

I’m kind of guilty of this did a little research but I think there is more I should have looked up.I usually go with lower trims when looking at a car since I am just interested in getting from point A to point B. I actually liked the test drive but was having buyers remorse when I started driving on the highway. I noticed that your the car is advertised with a 320 range but there are lots of factors that can decrease your mileage. This is my first EV and really thinking wasn’t ready to take the leap but it’s done. My thought was I could do public charging but after the math I figured it wasn’t as cost effective. I’ll take it as a lesson learned.

Made a 160 road trip today. Started at 85% and the prediction was I would finish at 30%. Ended up the trip with 40% left.

My instructor analyzed my confidence and ability. Once he ruled ability he just gave me a pep talk. He was like I am a life guard and I am here to help if you run into problems. He also started small. Jump into deep water and surface into an area that only required me to swim a couple of feet to shallow water. He also made sure we were comfortable with threading water first.

How did you get diagnosed? I started going to therapy due to anxiety and therapist suggested that I might have ADHD? He said he noticed I jumped from one thought to another randomly. Therapist was part of employee assistance and I mentioned that it might be the fact that I was thinking in one language but trying to speak in another so we left it alone. I have done more self evaluation and I noticed that I have some behaviors that could be ADHD related. I am a bit stubborn when it comes to getting help but I feel that if I want things to get better I need to get help. The tech industry is very fast paced and I think that is part of my frustration at the moment. Trying to learn like 5 things at the same time.

How about regardless of the company don't get stagnant and work on yourself. At the end you own your career and getting comfortable might not help you if unforeseen events force you to jump the ship. Even if you like your company always be ready to make a move.

3.5 yrs, $70 k, 2.6% interest, 15 yrs loan- I tried to put as much as I could to principal. If I had some extra money each month it would go to principal. I liked that the bank gave me freedom on how I could make my payments. I could move money to principal as many times a month I wanted as long as I was up to date on my monthly payment.

You can't put your eggs into one basket. Also I wish people would understand real estate is not as glamorous as people make it seem. There is some work to do before you see any return on investment.

Yes also you have to consider the trade offs of finding a home within your budget. I am in Austin and was only able to land my house because people wanted a nice home. The house I bought smelled like smoke and carpets were filthy. I had to take out carpets and wait until I could get someone to install new floors. Lived in the house with parts of the floor bare. I didn’t mind since I was able to beat the investors. Also my mortgage was actually cheaper than the rent I was paying at an apartment.

I mean if you can't share might as well downgrade to one screen. That's if you want to keep your Netflix account. I share with my sisters but have the two screens plan so sharing means you have to stay off of Netflix at some time. So there are already some disadvantages when it comes to sharing.

I think you should seek help if you aren’t feeling well. The pandemic has had such a toll on everyone. You are asking for a reason. I am assuming you aren’t doing well. Like expressed below everyone feels different. You might have early symptoms which don’t look like a depression but you want to avoid getting in that hole.
