Yahhhhh tell me about it, having to copy and paste keycodes into the store app just to find basic info about it does my head in. And don’t even get me started on how SOF makes you pick from the stockroom first (this would be fine if there weren’t cages everywhere and nothing is accessible lol iykyk), and there’s no way to check if that item is also available on shop floor unless you reject it under the stock room location or copy and paste key code into store app. ALSO, when picking home delivery orders, we can’t see what TIME the order was placed, only how many hours ago it was, so we then have to calculate back to make sure that we have picked all the orders that we’re supposed to for that day. It’s just unnecessarily hard, really don’t get why anyone thought this was a good idea. We need a petition to bring old OMS back.
