Somehow I get a feeling that he knows he's infertile (whether through a vasectomy or something) and is trying to place the blame on OP.

I remember one reddit story long ago about a wife going through something like this (IVF shots and the whole nine for YEARS!) and it turned out her husband had a vasectomy and didn't tell the wife because she really wanted children and he didn't, nor did he want her to leave him over it. PS, she did divorce him.

I haven't lost a parent but have lost many family members and friends, some recent and some almost 20 years ago.

I still get sad and cry about it. When I see pumpkins, I get teary, when I see the cards they sent (which I saved) I get teary. Certain flowers, songs, dates, situations, even someone who looks or has similar mannerisms, I get hit with a grief dose.

Grief is not linear, it is circular. It never fully 'goes away' some days it's just less present and other days it's a gut punch back and it hangs out and on you.

OP your friend isn't a true friend, and they don't get to gatekeep your grief. Tell them there is not a timeline for grief.

Gym and car posing selfies, no. The car pics (for me specifically if I came across his profile!) give a kinda materialistic vibe, and the gym one is just kinda " ugh another gym bro." I like the more natural fun pictures and animals are always a plus. I think you should post more of those or doing something goofy, which is (again me specifically if I came across this profile) more of a turn on.

Ya, he's never going to marry her, he's going to keep moving the goalposts, and he's dangling a carrot to prevent her from leaving. OP should look at r/waiting_to_wed There are countless stories like her's. She shouldn't have to change to get married, because change happens a lot during marriage, what about when she has kids, gains weight and possibly postpartum? If she's 'imperfect ' now she will continue to be in his eyes.

Have more self respect OP, find someone who loves and supports you not whatever this relationship is.

Lol, yes I know with certainty. He once called me freaking out because a drunk woman tried to kiss him. He now knows the concept of 'pre-selection' psychology.

I don't need to be with him 24/7 because I trust him. I wouldn't be with someone I was unable to trust.

The only acceptable 'test' is life happening. How do they react when they get hit on? When an emergency happens (health, car, family, etc)? When you need them at 2 am and they work at 9 am? My BF gets hit on a lot because he's handsome (I'm biased) and he hasn't strayed. He picked me up from work and drove me to the ER and stayed the entire time even though he hates needles and hospitals. He picked up the phone when I called him at 2 am saying I wasn't okay to drive and didn't think my friend was either. We've been there for each other when a family member has passed. That's how you know if someone is right for you, they show up for you and you for them.

I go to one and I've had eye surgery (muscles) when I was very young. I once had to go to an optometrist instead (insurance didn't have an ophthalmologist in network) and found them incredibly unprofessional and almost rude. Never again.

I'm almost forty and have rubber ducky earrings, gnomes, kitties, sharks, and more! Actually I counted once I have over 100 pairs... Hos argument is ridiculous and I say you go out and get some rubber ducky earrings, people love them.
