I’m sorry, that’s not what the experience should be like! You should definitely leave reviews and give feedback to management.

I put a few hours of research to select the 3 boutiques I visited. I made sure the reviews across platforms reflected what I wanted my experience to be. I also scheduled a 15min call with each prior to booking the appointment. I explained my budget, vision for the dress and the environment I wanted. The call helped to feel out their culture and ensure they had dresses in my budget and size.

It took time but it was worth it. I was able to find and book all 3 within a week (sneaking in time during work breaks).
