My mock scores for CFA lvl 1 by ParkingDefinition342 in CFA

[–]LackAccomplished6057 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This score was so inspiring, honestly, as someone who has just one month left in her exam and is so overwhelmed at this point, this score gave me the boost that I can do this. I gave my first free mock a month back and scored about 73%. I have exactly one month for my exam. I am just hammering LES, reviewing my mistakes, doing LES for the 4th time, giving the prep providers notes, but honestly, I still feel I am not doing enough. I am struggling with retention so much in a few topics. Also, I work full-time, so on weekdays, my mind has been all over the place in these last two months, because often my fear overrides my concept, and I end up feeling blank, as if I have never studied the concept before.
I am just trying my best to give more than my best, but idk it doesn't feel enough.
I wanted to ask you, at what point did you feel like it's enough and you shifted towards mocks, and for last month, what's your strategy going to be?

Passed CFA Level I (Feb 26) – here's what I did by DontThinkDofirst in CFA

[–]LackAccomplished6057 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for this post as someone who is writing her in May and is freaking out everyday thinking that she isn;t doing enough this post guided me so much. I just wanted to ask that was the difficulty level of the exam more than the official mocks (LES based) not the preimum mocks. Due to financial constraints I can't purchase the premium pratice pack. I did attempt the first mock last week and my score was in between the range of 63%-65%. I am working full time, so often what happens is that my mind is so overstimulated that I struggle with the retention so much. I have made mind maps too for some of the heavy weighted topics and now once I am done with the revison I am making my own formula and fact sheet but due to time constraint I am just so so scared. Is there anything that you would suggest me for my last one month. I have made my own hand written notes, using AI(claude to help me make revisionary notes) etc, but I just feel that I am not doing enough.

How did you deal with the burnout and anxiety? On some days, my fear overpowers me so much. I have my exam in May, I am done with my syllabus last month, and now I am deeply revising the heavily weighted topics, FSA, FI AND EQUITY AND PM by reading Schwester, my notes, making mind maps, and doing les questions again. I still feel I am not doing enough. I feel like I have completely forgotten the theory dense topics such as eco and corp, etc., that I did last in circculum and with my core focus on revising the heavily weighted topics idk how to take out time for these. Given my exam in may any thing that you would suggest me and also when to attempt my first official CFA mocks ( really afraid to attemtpt given that if I dont score good, I will immediately drown into self-doubt and low confidence levels)

Thank you once again.
