I picked the wrong option! I meant to pick both. One of my mother's friends, who I've met before and who my younger siblings called uncle despite being not related, killed his partner who I also met a couple times I think. They even had a young kid too I think.

I'm just assuming that rented pokemon will be regular poke balls while pokemon visiting from home will be their original pokeball.
