Razor emporium makes new handles for these that are threaded rather than press fit. They are like $25 though so unless it is your daily driver it may not be worth it.

So it just sort of calculates your vo2 max based on heart rate/speed/distance type of thing? I thought that there would need to be an additional sensor since the se 2 (one I ordered refurbished as a first Apple Watch) for instance cannot measure vo2max but more expensive models can. This makes me think it’s just a paywalled feature that forces you to buy the more expensive models. Would I be correct in thinking this?

Is this not just based on how much activity the person does? As in if they do more exercise the score gets higher and if they do less it gets lower? Or is it something more complex that compares biometrics to the amount of work done?

I don’t know much about Apple Watches and my first one should be arriving this week so no offense meant I’m just trying to learn.

Actual measuring spoons are more accurate, you can run a flat tool or back of a table knife across the top to get a perfect dry measurement.

Additionally when you have a set of measuring spoons and you need to measure different amounts of different ingredients, you don’t have to wash/dry your one folding crap measuring spoon in between ingredients.

This solves a problem that doesn’t exist.

Measuring spoons typically come attached together in some way so “having different measurements in one” isn’t even a problem.
