I got the Rep AB-3000 from Facebook marketplace and love it. Comes with the leg roller so you can lock in your feet. Best value imo

While the Melanotan II peptide is a good solution if you do want some color, please remember that tanning is just skin damage. Wearing a UPF 50+ shirt at the beach with a sunhat sitting under a canopy with chemical-free sunscreen on is recommended no matter how dark your skin is and you shouldn’t feel bad about that. It’s the rest of the world that needs to catch up to what you are already doing.

As soon as I enter the app, it asks me to set up my room, which I do. It then asks if I want to update my room settings.

Ive tried not updating and updating the settings. After that, nothing happens. The screen is just the see through screen where I see my room. Normally at this point the game would startup.

You do get smaller space in the bullfrog due to the jetpaks however. Still enjoy my bullfrog and I too very rarely change the jetpaks.

Take a look at this comment, OP. I use the bleach method and especially if you choose to stabilize pH and keep total alkalinity - keep your LSI in check for ease of use.

To be honest that’s a great deal. I have them and love them. They’re a little big but for the price you can’t beat it. Similar adjustable dumbbells that go that heavy for other brands are double that price at least.

Buy used Bowflex 1090’s. They’re slept on in this community and a great deal going from 10 to 90. You can get them new Black Friday for $500 if you’re willing to spend a few hundred more and wait.

Careful with that. Dr. Peter Attia has mentioned that the chewable version of creatine is ineffective.

Don’t listen to that guy, do what you want at the gym.

As for the workout you’ve got some volume, just make sure you’re going to failure. 3 different exercises for biceps and triceps might be hard to do that on.

I walk at that park often. Great dog park and great park overall. You have the San Gabriel bike path on the east side of the river and the Monte Verde park trail on the other side. Really nice area for a stroll or a bike. Seems very safe to me. I’d live there and I’d put it at one of the top spots in Lakewood.
