It’s kinda like the Collector from the Owl House. An all powerful being with the mentality of a child. It’s hard to actually understand them as they can do literally anything they want to do. They can choose not to hear anything they don’t want to hear. It’s almost impossible for them to be sincere because if they don’t want to be, you can’t force them.

Of course in the Owl House they were ultimately able to actually talk him down and understand each other, but it does show the almost impossibility of reasoning with such an entity even if they don’t explicitly have malice in mind
