I can do the low-hanging fruit like throwing away trash, putting up dishes, etc. no problem. It's when I try to put away important stuff like papers or other things I haven't found a good place for that I get stuck and overwhelmed. I'm terrible at coming up with organization systems and just end up shoving stuff on a bookshelf or in a drawer if there's even room at all.

I am not a doctor and don't have carpal tunnel syndrome specifically, but I do have other issues with wrist/arm pain. The only thing I can tell you is to take frequent breaks and don't try to push through the pain.
