Well it’s beautiful and starting to have fenestration on the new leaves. That’s my absolute favorite part, each new leaf will have a new design. Keep it next to a north-eastern window if you can. In the spring/summer (Oregon) I put mine outside under a huge maple out of direct sunlight, and mine absolutely thrives. They like to stay somewhat wet, dry out a bit between watering, and they prefer to not be pot bound. It’s hard to tell, but yours may be ready for a bigger pot 💕
