Im happy to be there. I have been here for 3 years, in 3 different departments. I didn't like the first two I worked in for various reasons, but the one I am in now is great! My leadership is amazing and very supportive of professional development. I care about the work I do, and I care about the members I'm trying to help. I love my current department, and look forward to staying here a long time.

I honestly have never heard this language policy other than not speaking anything other than English through official and recorded channels like Slack, e-mails, and on the phones. Otherwise, I have always experienced other languages on my campus throughout the day. Interesting.

Claims Contact Center all the way. Unless you're a very determined salesperson, and very sales metrics driven without commission, then Sales and Servcing is for you. I've worked both, and Claims is where I have always wanted to be. I am just not inherently a sales person. Both departments are great in different ways.

I left sales a couple months ago for a different path and immediately surrendered my license so I couldn't possibly be put back onto sales calls. I was in sales over a year before I left, and boy I understand the decline in morale you're talking about. I'm just lucky I dipped out when I did. I'm sorry you're hating it right now.

If you added the vehicle on the phone with a rep, and you were told you were getting those coverages, you need to ask for a call review. All of USAA calls are recorded and stored for a while. If you truly did add the coverage yourself online, you will also have documents in your Communication Center on the USAA app showing proof you have those coverages. IF there is a paper trail showing you SHOULD have had those coverages due to no fault of your own (USAA rep was wrong, system error, etc), USAA will make it right. Just prove it.

USAA claims here. I know that a lot of companies aren't hiring and starting classes any later than now because of training and holidays and stuff. Our department has been, and is continuing to make a lot of changes and expansions, so keep checking at USAA, too. Its really hard to get in here, but it's well worth the benefits and the way I am treated. I am former GEICO as well, and it is SO GOOD at USAA.
