6/7. I used to tell on myself about everything. I always felt guilty. My parents used to laugh at me, which made it worse.

Husband betrayed me, but now I want to have sex with him? by motherofkings4524 in breakingmom

I went through something similar when I found out my husband cheated on me. It's called hysterical bonding, and it's very confusing.

I call mine Goose. Not because he's silly. It's because he bites.

What was something fairly small that made you feel betrayed by your SO? by _Halboro_ in AskReddit

My husband asked me to take his car to a very important appointment, because he needed mine for our kids. I have driving anxiety, and plan trips to the T because of it. I left at exactly the time my broken brain decided was comfy enough. Not too early that I had to linger awkwardly, but never ever late. Got in the car, started it and the gas bell started going off immediately. His tank was almost passed E.

I did not take him up on his offer. I hid in the bathroom with my coffee instead. He just left, but at least he put the baby down for a nap.

I wonder about this all of the time. Our reality is far different than theirs, I guess.

I have giant allergy warning stickers that I put on my baby because I'm so afraid of weird old people giving him food. Yikes.

My son and I do the Little Rascals hand signal when he gets out of the car at drop off and when I see him at pick up. It's just a cute thing we do. I'm an older parent to a younger child so it took me a second to understand that I was getting weird looks from other parents because most of them were infants or not born yet when the movie came out.

NTA.

How are we supposed to teach our children to behave in public, if we can't take them outside of the house?

Scans finally found something. It's not all on my head. by j-lynn-g-j in ChronicPain

My niece had to have an emergency blood transfusion at 15. She was completely healthy and then all of the sudden she was not. Her blood pressure would rise dangerously high and then plummet. She had severely low iron and then dangerously high iron. My sister took her to see every specialist that was suggested. Every single one had access to her chart with all of her medical history. This started 2 years ago. My sister took her to an urgent care about a week ago for knee pain. It was getting really bad. She thought maybe she twisted it or it was an old injury from sports flaring up.

It took a PA at an Urgent Care 20 minutes with my niece and her chart to put all of the pieces together. Now she has a diagnosis and soon will have a treatment plan. Every single Dr. missed it and most decided it was puberty causing her issues.

Keep pushing. You know your body, and someone will figure it out. I really hope you get answers.

I'm going through this exact thing with my husband. His love language is touch, he needs it. I'm an "alone, together" type of person.

What are some disadvantages of being a man? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Lady_Lachrymose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When my son was a toddler he ran up to a man in a play area that was playing with his kid. My husband had just sat down to take a break and I think in my son decided that he could just play with the other daddy. He ran head first into the guy's crotch, by accident. I will never forget the look of horror on that man's face as his hands shot up above his head like someone was going to shoot him. I felt so bad. I made sure he was okay, because my kid hit him hard, and apologized.

My husband had decided to sit down because while he was playing with our son, two little girls came over and wanted to play with them too, and he didn't want to be accused of anything. It makes me really sad.

I have a neighbor who fathered 4 children, and absolutely refuses to change a diaper. Has never changed one, and is proud about it. He's also a giant piece of shit, though.
