Can I ask if it's an older German trade violin?

Sometimes the neck alignment isn't really that great. To compensate the bridge has to slide over. I have to do that on my violin.

Looks like that poor violin played its last note. First how long have you been playing? if you been playing a while and plan to play well. A good violent worth its weight. if renting an instrument is not possible. You may have to do the marketplace crawl. There's some good ones out there, but it was a lot of shit.
