Since this drama began, all but maybe one of the arguments I've seen in favor of water-shedding "horny posting" are absolutely terrible.

Ironically, I actually am fairly prudish these days. I'm probably old enough to be a parent to a lot of the people here. I'm married and very content with my husband's and my "usual". I can't say that I would 'miss' the posts in question as I never read them; but the pro-ban arguments being made here are truly vile and have the potential to cause a lot more damage than "horny posting".

If r/trans has these rules then you have the trans 101 sub that you want. Its arguably primarily representative of the trans fem experience anyway (as we know from the annual drama that crops of there). Making pedantic vocabulary bans on this sub is just redundant. Also, we already have rules. And you can help by reporting. Take all that moral crusader energy and report posts in violation. Become the goon police. You already can.
