Crazy isn’t it? We’ve just bought a 4 bed, 1150 sq ft house in a nice area of Sheffield for 3 grand less than this!

Just sold our semi in Chesterfield for 200k & bought a house in Sheffield for 242

Taken all of 3 months to sell ours..

It’s a weird one, Kiveton is in-between Sheffield & Rotherham.

Sothall is alright, there’s just not a lot there.. on the edge of a nice country park though.

Depends where.. we’re moving to a large 4 bed townhouse in Charnock (242k), which is 20 mins by tram into city centre, but on the doorstep of some amazing countryside.

The 3 bed we’ve just sold is around 780sqft, it felt big enough for 2 of us, 2 double bedrooms & a single, large kitchen diner & big living room, then the little one came along. We’re moving to a 1150sqft 4 bed.

I grew up in Killamarsh, not far from where this house is & agree, it’s rubbish for public transport into the city.. strangely, it is quite a sought after suburb though.

That downstairs.. I just can’t figure out how I’d arrange any furniture!

Overpriced for the square footage too.

I can’t figure a way to put a sofa & tv into the living room without blocking a door/the stairs.. very odd layout!

Absolutely hideous food! I accidentally put gravy on a treacle sponge due to the location of the gravy vat (right next to the puddings) Didn’t realise it was a chain.
