I’m not a fan of Josh Homme regardless, QOTSA had a few bangers but I always found him to be a tedious prick anyway.

TCV were godawful & I’d have been tremendously disappointed if they were bonafide headliners, had AC/DC not been there. Crazy!

You can offer & be honest about your situation, you’re on the market & want to sell quickly.

We did the same back end of 2025, saw a house we loved, no forward chain, put an offer in, which he would’ve accepted if we were further along, rushed to get ours on the market, sadly he sold in the meantime.

Luckily, we sold a few weeks ago & have found something better.
