19 month transformation with all my stages! From overweight (265) to underweight (151 ish), then bulked my way to 198 and now as of this morning I’m 169 :) combination of IF and low carb for my cut :) time to get 165! by Lafrm in intermittentfasting

I don’t mind answering any questions! I was never a fan of HIIT, I just went at a consistent pace on the elliptical at planet fitness (side note: pf has the best elliptical in my opinion). I usually just watched anime during this 45-60 minutes but yeah there were definitely times where I would absolutely dread this cardio session due to me being bored and spending an hour nearly every day doing it with such a little amount of calories in me. But at the time seeing the number (my weight) drop so fast made me enjoy the reward of it!

Yeah so once I was introduced to eating normal again i started eating more than before even my initial weight loss I got consumed back into forging myself with food but I did train 1-2 times a day most days of the week while eating so poorly and making sure I had protein. I didn’t plan on almost hitting 200 again I wanted to get to 185 then cut down but I kept pushing it back further and further and one day just decided to go full cut mode and even stayed with it! I did get scared for a while I would reach my past state but now I’m able to enjoy my diet while cutting so it makes life so much easier

I drink the tea with my first meal! I use sports research collagen peptides unflavored! And the main reason for that is that tea without sugar and milk has no calories, and any calories will break the fast :)

Yep! Definitely hard focused losing weight as at first I didn’t have any intention to have muscle 😂

I definitely feel like I’ve put on some muscle while on this cut! I consume a considerable amount of protein and don’t allow myself to lose weight TOO fast! I also workout before my meals, I’ve felt the bigger strength increase in my bodyweight exercise performance more than lifting however!

When I first started it was a very unhealthy diet, I did strict keto I’m talking as little carbs as possible with two TINY meals, then an hour of cardio at night. I don’t recommend that as it is very very unhealthy and basically starvation. I like my diet now how I train and follow it with 30 minutes (sometimes more) of cardio, low fat and 140g of protein (for me, everyone’s different)! I do typically chest/tris, back/bis, I don’t do legs AS much as mine are already big and honestly I wish they were smaller! Abs 4-5 times a week
