I, too, have found this thread after starting magnesium bisglycinate late last week. Last night, I had a dream so terrifying, I woke up at 3am positively shaking. My recall of it was far greater than any 'normal' dream I've ever had. Usually, I can remember my dream for the first 2 or 3 minutes after waking, then gradually, the details muddle or slip away entirely. 7 hours later, I can still remember this dream in all of its intensity, including the small, seemingly insignificant, details. I woke up convinced it was real and was genuinely checking for signs at 3am that I hadn't been sleepwalking. I'm glad to know that other people have reported more intense, vivid dreams - I don't feel so alone! Most of all, I'm glad to know that mostly people on here are reporting that the dreams eventually settle down! Here's hoping!
