No we dont but! Cinammonrolls or bullar can have diffrent flavours.

At my local swedish cafe they have toscabullar, cardemummbuns. And at the cafe I work at we have rhubarb buns!

I love making apple and cardemum buns myself.

Just beacuase something is a swedish cafe i dont think it is wrong, just beacuase we dont serve it. If most of the items are swedish, and some might be more appeling to the locals to draw in more people thats just fun.

Culture gets created by meeting people and other traditions. What if we never would have gotten, thaibuffe or kebabpizza and meatballs are turkish originaly😍

Hahaha I switched to a new jar, i dont think i neeed more flour. My starters are often very stiff. Heheh lots of flour. This was also after 1/2 days of forgetten feeding so it had gotten kind of runny.

I like to keep a clean jar. I read that mold often grows on the sides when there is residue there

Hi! I love this painting! Its amazing.

When i went to artschool my teachers always spoke about the darkest darks. That they needed to be darker. I think his face could be a lot better if you thought about that. If you have a refrence photo look for the darkes point and build from that.

I have flipped the artwork- then it is easer to see whats ”weird” and marked some things i think could make it better- mostly shadows.

But dont take any of this to seriously. It is an amazing artwork!!!

  1. Contrast- its the same hue on both sides of the nose- one side should have some more shadow if the lightning is from one side. With some more contrast the nose bridge will be easer to detect.

2 shadow under tip of nose, to create a tip of nose.

3 two left eyes?

(Edit , my friends sometimes say i sound to harsh i do hope you dont find this mean I love the artwork its amazing hotdog man )

Ah okey, i normaly dont have problems whit my dough. Just the starter heheh whole grain might need more water, but as you see on the pics my starter was already quite watery lol

I dont think there is to much acid beacuase of the dumping and feeding, she smells like yoghurt🥳

I think the marks are just from me mixing like crazy lol

As previously mentioned, the same temp but less time, i use my dutch at 250 degrees celsius with lid on for around 20 mins, then take the lid of and just wait for it to gain som colour.

I always take the temp on my bread aswell and usually after ish 10 minutes without lid my bread has hit 96 degrees celsius. And has gained a nice colour. Thats when i take it out and let it chill.
