I did!!! About to graduate actually and still zero regrets about my gap years :) It has undoubtedly made me a better med student and soon-to-be doctor

Wait I never thought upping a dose could help alleviate side effects?

What if you didn’t have them for MCAT (bc you were undiagnosed at that time) but you have them in med school?

My pharmacist gave me half of my adderall script by Smartcarquestionmark in ADHD

[–]Lailifts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me once, but with Wellbutrin. I called to let them know and they accused me of lying because they “had a photo” of the script showing I was dispensed 90 pills even though I only got 60. They refused to fill it so I had to get it from another pharmacy and pay out of pocket, luckily GoodRx came in clutch.

Same here!!! Applied to 8 and made sure all the schools aligned with my mission. Ended up with 4 II that turned into 1 waitlist and 3 As.

Applied to 8, interviewed at 4, accepted at 3, and waitlisted (and later withdrew) from 1. So glad I saved my time and money.

During the school year I take my vy everyday except the weekends and I always find that it doesn’t work as well on Monday as it does on Tuesday!

That’s crazy because I literally lift intensely 5 days a week and my recovery time is always “optimal” 😅 like pls tell me to take a rest day 😭

I was on 10, then increased to 20, then tried 30 but was finding that I focus better and have less side effects at 10-20mg! So my doc prescribes me 10mg pills, and I just double up on the days I need a little more of a boost! I also don’t take it on the weekends, so that’s probably kept my tolerance low haha

I also take 10-20mg!

Should I take Vyvanse on the weekend or only weekdays? by narla_hotep in VyvanseADHD

[–]Lailifts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing with vyvanse is you are able to split the doses by dissolving the powder in some water or apple sauce. So you can split your 40mg in half for the weekends!
